St. Helen Sacraments

St. Helen Sacraments

Our celebration of the Sacraments at St. Helen Church

Information for the reception of the Sacraments can be obtained at 219-996-4611.

Sacraments are holy visible signs instituted by Christ of an invisible reality, in which Christians can experience the healing, forgiving, nourishing, strengthening presence of God that enables them to love in turn; this is possible because God’s grace works in the Sacraments.

Inquirers should first speak with the pastor about their desire to receive the Sacrament of Baptism.

We invite you to experience the Sacrament of Reconciliation:

Sundays between 3:00- 4:00 pm during Holy Hour

Our Celebration of the Lord’s Day

Saturday at 4:00 pm

Sunday at 10:00 am

Weekday Mass Time M & F 8:30 am

Adults who have not received this Sacrament can be prepared for the annual Celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation held at Holy Angels Cathedral on Pentecost Sunday.

Sacrament of the Sick

The pastor will make a visit to the home of individuals wishing to receive Anointing upon request.
